New pictures from Libby!

Hi all -
Alex Flude, who is living here now, made a surprise visit to Chad a couple weeks ago and brought home pictures and letters from Libby. So exciting for us!! Thank you Libs! I talked to her this morning and she said that it was "cool" - only in the 90's with a cool breeze blowing. She says for sure she is staying an extra year, which will make her coming home date, August of 2011! We miss her like crazy and live for her phone calls and letters. She as well really loves getting letters and packages from home.

She wanted me to tell everyone that it's hard for her to get online for facebook or email so it's hard to keep in touch. She says "Hi" to everyone! :-)

Show Libby the love!

Libby would love to hear from you. Internet access there has been pretty spotty lately and even when it's good she can't do much because of the expense. She can't download pictures or look at pictures on Facebook.

So, some ideas would be to send a big flat rate envelope full of letters and pictures on cd or hard copies. There are flat rate boxes you can get from the post office. I just sent a large one with a weight limit of about 20 pounds I think and it cost $54. So if several of you want to get together and send one box that might be more cost effective.

She would love getting ANYTHING. She's feeling a bit homesick these days.

Address letters and packages to : Steve Flude / BP 1248 / N'djamena Tchad / AFRICA - mark packages and letters with "To Libby" on the back or bottom or side...
